  Guaranteed resolution time: within 16 hours during business days (less than 1 business day).
  Immediate UCanCode product fixes to avoid delays in your software development.
  Support requests routed to UCanCode senior engineers or managers.

All E-XD++ Ultimate Enterprise Edition customers get 18 months free Gold Support; other E-XD++ Visualization Enterprise Suite customers get 12 months free Gold Support.
